If you rent a property and you need service. We can help.
Step 1a... If you are going to pay the bill at time of service:
Call our office and speak to the dispatch. The dispatcher will book your job. And give you a 1 hour window of the arrival time. Our technician will call you when he is on the way.
Step 1b... If your property manager /owner is paying the bill:
Call our office and let the dispatcher will take your info and dispatch a service technician. The dispatcher will also need you property managers name, and if they are not one of our regular customers we will need their phone number to get authorization and payment information.
Step 2... Sit back and relax. A technician is on the way.
Step 3... Your technician will call 30 minutes before he arrives. This will confirm you or someone will be home. Please have someone in the house over 18 to let us in.
