When you pick up the phone and call our dispatch,
you will reach Cheryl "our dispatcher" during regular hour and a On-call technician during after hours and on weekends.
She will take you info and schedue a "1 hour window" for your technician to arrive. Our technician will always call you when they are done with their previous job and actually on the way. This is great for you, it means you can give our dispatcher your cel number and you can be do other things until we call. Then you will have time to get home or finish up what you are doing so you can be ready for you technicians arrival.
Pricing questions... "Over-the-Phone" quotes,
We have been around for a long time. And after a while we got to know what most basic service items cost. We have created a book that our dispatcher uses to quote basic pricing for you. This is great for you because you are able to get a rough idea of the cost of the repair you require.
If your needs are not covered in our service book, just ask our dispatch to have a plumber call you direct. We can and will give you a estimate over-the-phone.
Our philosphy is that if you can discribe your problem accurately, we can quote it. If our price fits your budget, have our dispatcher book your job and we will be happy to come to at "No Charge" and verify problem and give you a written estimate before we start the work.
